Areas of Expertise

His extensive experience includes the design management and delivery of masterplanning and building projects. These have been within regeneration, housing, public transport, healthcare, education, arts and cultural sectors for the private, local and central government sectors over the last 20 years.

He is currently Director of Design for the London Legacy Development Corporation, leading the architecture, masterplanning and public realm for the redevelopment of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. This includes the development of over 5000 homes; East Bank, a new 60,000m2 cultural and education district; and envisioning the long-term future of Stratford Station.

Peter is a non-executive director for Lampton360, London Borough of Hounslow’s wholly owned housing company, and sits on their development and investment board. From 2018, he has been the Chair of the Quality Review Panels for Harlow and Gilston Garden Town & Epping Forest District Council. He has been a HS2 panel member since 2015.

Peter is a chartered architect, town planner and urban designer.
