Steve Lee is a service designer, researcher and innovation consultant with 15 years of experience across Europe, North and South America, plus multiple global programs.
He is a Nesta Associate and Design Council Expert, and teaches postgraduate service design, social enterprise and innovation methodology at Goldsmiths, University of London.
Steve works systemically across and within the public, private and third sectors. He supports organisations to understand themselves and how to humanise systems and services in order to enrich people’s lives and elevate experiences.
Clients and collaborators include the UNDP, BBC, NHS, Innovate UK, various local authorities, city councils, government bodies, Nesta, Oxford University, UnitedHealth, CAPE, Fedex, IKEA, UK Design Council, Engine and Ziba USA.
