Steph (MRes, MEng) facilitates stakeholder engagement and the co-design of near and far futures at Studio ANDNAND.

She has published, with the Royal College of Art, on methodologies for co-design and futures thinking in transdisciplinary settings, e.g. relating health and wellbeing to extreme/urban environments. As well as her work at Studio ANDNAND, she is currently a visiting lecturer on collective imagination and systemic design at Central Saint Martins.

Prior to that, she has over a decade of experience in hands-on delivery of greenfield and brownfield technology solutions and innovations in a wide range of sectors and organisations, e.g. in the space sector and founded a health tech startup. The deep understanding of technology, models of systems and delivering and operating innovation in practice fundamentally contributes to Steph’s know-how in systemic thinking.
