Formerly Director of the Fieldfare Trust and lead team for BT Countryside for All access Standards and Guideline, major groundbreaking access for all scheme, replicated internationally. Inclusive access advisor to York Museum Trust supporting small museums inclusive access across the region. Also York Minster inclusive access project Many projects across UK with public voluntary sector groups.

Specialist in user engagement including Horniman Soane’s Hunterian Museums &Thackray Medical Museum, Blackpool Museum – both RIBA 2 -7 2017 Equality Impact Assessment Natural Resources Wales outdoor site and presently with NRW access advisor at Cwmcarn Forest Drive and North Wales Coast Path. Long term advisor to BW/CRT, presently working with Woodland Trust delivering online inclusive access training, also developing plan with National Forest as part of COVID 19 contingency planning. Previously CABE space enabler across range of schemes, Spaceshaper pilot and assessments. Also BEE and number of national advisory groups.

Groundwork Trust Changing Places facilitator. Experience in social housing as a Non-Executive Director (7 years)with Berneslai Homes circa 20,000 council properties- chair of HR policy and digital inclusion. Formerly Trustee of Safe Anchor Trust, providing boating to disadvantaged people in West Yorkshire and a long term member of Living Waterways assessment panel, promoting best practice in heritage and environment across British waterways. Despite working as an independent advisor I have a strong reputation for effective team building, professionalism and innovation to open up green space heritage and historic places to all visitors, including people with protected characteristics in an inclusive way. I am a full time wheelchair.
